If you have any problems starting the program:

  1. Update the Data Toolbar and the browsers first. That resolves startup problems most of the time.
  2. Reset Data Toolbar settings. The Data Tool application folder can be found in the %appdata% folder. It is safe to delete the %appdata%\Data Tool folder to reset all program settings.

If the the program crashes after the Data Toolbar update:

  1. Restart the computer. Some files were probably locked during the update by the previous version.  
  2. Delete %appdata%\Data Tool\Drivers folder to force web drivers update.
  3. Update web browsers by going to About page.
